Our clients wanted a more open and cohesive entertaining space that tied together their kitchen, dining, and cozy fireplace sitting room. They also wanted a dry bar in the entertaining space of their home to welcome guests who come through the door.

Premium finishes in this newly remodeled 1960s home in the iconic Hillcrest neighborhood takes the wow factor up a notch. Walls were opened, the kitchen reconfigured, and abundant light introduced, transforming this mid-century modest home into a modern marvel.

The kitchen boasts a showstopping stove, complemented by a custom-wrapped oak vent hood and floating shelves, seamlessly blending style and functionality. Premium doors and windows, including a special-order double sliding door and countertop windows, connect the interior with the outdoors.

Incredible Result

Stunning waterfall countertops in the kitchen add a touch of luxury. A sleek dry bar, featuring black laminate cabinetry and an under-counter refrigerator, enhances the entertaining space.

The entryway underwent transformation with a new landing tile, the removal of a dated pony wall, a new chic light fixture, and visually stunning wallpaper. Custom built-ins in the living room, accentuated with oak floating shelves, further amplify the luxurious atmosphere. The fireplace in the den was pulled into the flow by using the same entryway tile for the hearth complimenting the original brick and updating the wood paneling and shelving with a fresh coat of paint.
