The homeowner had two small, cramped spaces in her adorable 1940 home that needed to be repaired and freshened up. The bathroom had peeling paint and water drainage issues around the shower and window, and old finishes that were in need of updating. In the kitchen, old laminate countertops and a smaller-than-ideal fridge made cleaning difficult. We brought in fresh finishes to brighten up the space and give room for a larger fridge.
The kitchen received a facelift with freshly painted cabinets, a new laminate countertop, and a new tiled backsplash and fixtures. We preserved the blue mid-century floating shelves around the window to tie it all together with a touch of charm.
In the bathroom, we cleaned things up and made future maintenance a breeze with Custom Marble tub/shower surround and wainscoting along the back wall of the bathroom. A new vanity and tile floors freshen up the space even further, and chrome fixtures add a classic touch.
